What is a shank adapter?

Shank adapters is to fit all types of Drilling Machines, both Pneumatic and Hydraulic. The task of the shank adapter is to transmit rotation torque, feed force, impact energy and flushing medium to the drill string.

Inaccurate thread connection with large or small gap will lead to high frequency vibration and shaking during drilling, caused thread high temperature and broken.

Note：
1. Choose the appropriate drill bit or bit according to the material being drilled.
2. Adjust the appropriate rotation speed according to the material to be drilled. If the rotation speed is too fast, the hot low melting point material will soften, and the soft material with too slow rotation speed will stick.
